Twenty three years ago, whilst he was working with the Royal Shakespeare Company, Alec Wilson was asked to help a group of business people ‘to find their voices’. The result of this meeting was the inception of Voice & Communications, a training consultancy that specialises in helping people to improve their communication skills.

Over the years, Alec and the Voice & Communication’s team have developed a range of innovative vocal exercises and theatre-based techniques, which have proved successful with clients in both the corporate and public sectors. By combining these skills with elements of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Emotional Intelligence, we can provide a practical and accessible solution to the needs of modern business communication and presentation.

At Voice & Communications we put the emphasis on ‘doing’ rather than ‘discussing’. We aim to create a relaxed environment in which all our clients are encouraged to explore and develop their communication skills, acknowledge their strengths and weaknesses and work on practical techniques which will support them in their business lives.

We are also able, with our associates, to assist with media presentations and speech writing thereby providing our clients with a complete package to cover all their presentation and communication requirements.
