The aim of this course is to raise your credibility, influence and confidence in meetings, interviews and conversations with colleagues, clients and their representatives. Areas covered include identifying your strengths and weaknesses both emotionally and attitudinally and to check that you are sending appropriate verbal and non-verbal signals.

These are the springboards to adapting your behaviour to achieve the desired outcome. Asking for what you want, preparing for and handling difficult conversations are some of the scenarios you can learn to tackle more assertively.

This course is offered at a basic level or for more senior professionals. When appropriate, we use the services of an associate who is a trained business psychologist.
