This course will provide you with all the tools and techniques to deliver an imaginative and effective training session for colleagues and clients. You will be guided through the initial design of a training session based on the desired outcomes. In delivering the training you will be helped to identify the main types of learning styles as well as using both traditional and innovative involvement techniques.
